Today we will be using Koa (previous Mana) so you will require an account in order to run the Jupyter notebooks.
Login to Koa (previous Mana)
Make sure you have access to Koa (previous Mana). You can test this by running:
ssh username@koa.its.hawaii.edu
or by going to https://koa.its.hawaii.edu in a web browser and verifying you are able to login using your UH credentials.
We will be using a Jetstream virtual machine as a system for Tapis to send and pull files from.
Login to the Jetstream VM
You will recieve account credentials and the VM address from the instructors. You can make sure you are able to access the system by running attempting to ssh to it.
Discord will be used to demonstrate triggers using Tapis Streams Channels. If you would like to view the messages generated during this part of the workshop, please create a Discord account if you do not have one. The Discord client can be downloaded or viewed in your browser.
